For all such product / content / material available to you instantly on purchase, we have a no refund policy. For any products or events that are not available immediately, we will consider issuing refunds in advance of the start date, but no refunds will be given after the event / course / class has started.

Our preference is to attempt to find the best option for customers among our products, however in some cases we can offer credit to be used toward future products.
